Our Story
Golden Summit Properties is a private real estate investment company that was founded by Lisa Wellet as an avenue to turn her passion for interior design and execution of personal rehabs into a full-time business. Not only does this afford her the opportunity to give back to multiple communities, but it also allows her more time to spend with her family. She is supported by her loving husband, Nick Wellet.
Our commitment is to help property owners of all types and situations looking to sell their homes. We are constantly looking for single and multi-family homes where we can offer the fairest as-is price possible, pay in cash and close quickly.
We work closely with a nationwide group of real estate investors, including Tarek El Moussa (HGTV), to leverage proven methodologies that tailor our offers specific to your situations, ensuring the best possible outcome.
